Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled initiatives across service lines and enterprise platforms. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, designs solutions, and ensures high-quality delivery for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience leading projects and delivering technology-enabled services.
• Experience in consulting, enterprise systems, data management, or tax environments preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives to support service lines and platforms.
• Define scopes, plan workstreams, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality, governance, and compliance with firm standards.
• Support business development through solution design and client presentations.
• Oversee delivery, verify data integrity, and drive process improvements.
