Job summary

BDO USA, LLP seeks a Tax Manager, Core Tax Services to advise clients on the tax implications of business objectives, and to manage compliance, risk, and engagement quality. The role involves developing tax strategies aligned with client goals, and collaborating with assurance and advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions.

You will lead planning, budgeting, and staffing for tax engagements, while supervising associates and maintaining strong client relationships across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field required.
• Masters in Accountancy or Taxation preferred.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of tax experience with supervisory responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on tax implications of business objectives and potential risk.
• Lead planning, budgeting, and staffing for tax engagements.
• Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of tax advice and compliance.
• Supervise and mentor associates and seniors.
