Qualifications

• Five or more years of tax experience in public accounting, industry, or consulting.
• CPA certification or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local tax principles.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on tax implications of business objectives.
• Manage tax compliance processes and reviews.
• Lead tax research and preparation of WTA where applicable.
• Supervise associates and senior associates on projects; delegate and review work.
