BDO USA is seeking a Tax Manager, Core Tax Services to advise clients on tax implications of business objectives and to lead tax planning, research, and compliance processes. You will communicate risks, manage engagements, and work with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, client service, and the ability to develop and present written tax advice, with involvement in marketing and business development within tax specialization areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics preferred.
• Masters in Accountancy or Taxation preferred.
• Five or more years of tax experience and/or public accounting, private industry accounting or consulting/professional services experience required.

Responsibilities

• Advises clients on tax implications of business objectives and cost of compliance.
• Reviews and coordinates tax plans, budgeting, and staffing.
• Manages client relationships and communicates issues clearly to clients and Assurance.
