Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics.
• CPA, Attorney or EA certification required.
• 5+ years of relevant tax experience; supervisory experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax compliance reviews and ensure client readiness per TQM.
• Provide written tax advice and communicate issues to clients.
• Supervise associates and senior associates on engagements.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize client taxes and improve processes.
• Coordinate with Assurance and other specialists on complex tax issues.
