Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Core Tax Services Senior Manager to advise clients on tax implications of business objections, lead tax compliance, and select optimal actions to minimize taxes and cost of compliance.

The role involves communicating risks and changes in tax policy, planning and resolving questions from federal/state agencies, and leading regional leadership initiatives with a strong emphasis on client relationships and business development.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of relevant tax experience; public accounting or consulting background.
• CPA, Attorney (US) or EA required or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax compliance reviews and resolve issues with clients.
• Research and frame tax issues; prepare and present analyses.
• Supervise associates; mentor staff and manage workloads.
