Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season
• Willing to upskill into additional service types
• Onsite work 20 hrs/week min 8:00–17:00
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
