Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States. You will serve in-person and virtual clients, coordinating with a broader team to provide end-to-end tax solutions and lifelong client relationships.

The role emphasizes community outreach, local market growth, and collaboration across Intuit's ecosystem, with a focus on excellent customer service and tax advisory excellence.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow and nurture local client base via community outreach and local events.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for holistic client service.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Assist clients in understanding tax obligations and leveraging available tax planning opportunities.
