Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering personalized tax preparation and advice to individuals and small businesses.

You will partner with specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to provide end-to-end client experiences. Responsibilities include hands-on tax preparation, discovery sessions, and community outreach to grow the local client base, while utilizing Intuit tools and marketing

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Must sit onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Must complete training including compliance and up-skilling.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Link clients with specialists for end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with practical tax solutions.
• Collaborate across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory teams.
