Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, delivering expert tax preparation and personalized financial guidance. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to provide end-to-end support for clients.

You’ll grow the local client base, engage with the community, and use Intuit tools to build lasting relationships while offering year-round assistance beyond basic tax filing.

Qualifications

• Must reside within the United States.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising using your name/photo.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Discover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base with grassroots outreach.
• Coordinate with teams covering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional communication in person and virtually.
