Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in customer success.
• Direct Tax experience is required.
• Experience with cloud software solutions and cloud delivery models.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills; able to manage a customer journey.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to define success and deliver educational activities throughout their lifecycle.
• Develop and share Customer Success Plans, collaborating with Sales and Professional Services.
• Monitor customer health by tracking usage data and escalate critical concerns.
• Identify growth opportunities and work with the commercial team to drive value.
• Ensure customers receive maximum value and drive retention and growth.
• Leverage Gainsight and Salesforce to manage client information, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Build and present business plans and represent Customer Success in cross-functional meetings.
