• Identify and activate commercial growth opportunities with the commercial team.
• Ensure customers receive maximum value, driving retention and growth.
• Leverage Gainsight and Salesforce to manage client information, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Build and present business plans and represent CS in cross-functional meetings.
