Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience with high-net-worth clients.
• 8+ years in tax compliance, including complex returns.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team, manage client relationships and collaborate with Partners.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals.
• Review complex returns for accuracy and documentation.
• Provide proactive tax planning insights and client meetings support.
• Monitor budgets, utilization and profitability, and drive improvements.
