Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience for high-net-worth individuals
• 8+ years in tax compliance, complex returns
• Recent public accounting experience
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification

Aufgaben

• Supervise a team, manage client relationships, and coordinate with Partners in an entrepreneurial environment
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families
• Apply hedge fund K-1 knowledge and trusts/estates/gifts in tax work
• Conduct primary reviews of complex returns for accuracy and efficiency
• Serve as primary client contact, providing proactive tax insights
• Monitor budgets, realization, and team utilization; improve profitability
• Foster client relationships and promote accountability across the engagement team
• Coach and develop staff; assist recruiting and performance evaluations
• Leverage tax technology and data tools to improve efficiency and scalability
• Participate in business development and client relationship expansion
• Stay current on tax law changes and ensure quality service
