Qualifications

• Experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services to middle-market clients.
• Ability to lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters.
• Strong technical knowledge in corporate and flow-through taxation, ASC 740 and related topics.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team delivering federal tax compliance and consulting services to industry-specific clients.
• Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters for middle-market to multinational clients.
• Consult on technical matters and special projects in corporate and flow-through taxation and ASC 740.
• Research tax matters and respond to IRS inquiries with recommendations.
• Coordinate with specialty tax practices on complex state and local issues.
