Qualifications

• 4-year degree and License Eligible
• Two (2)+ years of experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services in a public accounting firm
• Strong time management, communication, and problem solving
• Leadership and project management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing federal tax compliance and consulting services to middle market clients
• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to S-corporations, partnerships, and individuals
• Participate in tax research projects and draft IRS responses
• Collaborate with specialty tax practices on state/local, international, credits, and incentives areas
• Mentor and develop junior staff and contribute to firm learning programs
• Build relationships with clients and internal leadership to deliver client-focused solutions
• Support the growth and development of team members through Baker Tilly programs
• Contribute to a culture of work-life balance and teamwork
