H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to greet clients, manage scheduling, and support daily office operations in person. You will work with tax professionals to match clients with the right expert, handle check-ins, and maintain a professional, confidential office environment.

This role is in-person, requires availability for evenings and weekends during tax season, and offers competitive pay plus benefits as part of the local office team.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities throughout the day.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
