Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Tax Manager focused on ASC 740 income tax provision and coordinating outsourced tax functions. The role sits at the center of tax operations, owning the provision while coordinating with external advisors (RSM), sales tax providers (Avalara), and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will lead income tax provision, manage multi-jurisdictional compliance, and identify tax planning opportunities in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment.

Formación

• ASC 740 provision experience required.
• C-Corp federal/state tax compliance experience.
• Experience with outsourced tax environments (Big 4 or regional firms).
• Familiarity with Avalara or similar sales tax systems.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare annual ASC 740 tax provision, including current and deferred calculations and support schedules.
• Conduct provision-to-return true-ups and variance analysis; prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations.
• Serve as primary liaison with external tax advisors and manage timelines and workpapers.
