Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and advice, helping clients optimize deductions and refunds while delivering exceptional service.

You will engage with the local community, grow client relationships, and leverage TurboTax tools to support customers’ financial goals.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses/certificates/permits/bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and clear communication.
• Assist in growing TurboTax client base and local community presence.
