Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support to in-person customers, drawing on your tax knowledge to tailor solutions. As a trusted advisor, you’ll grow your local client base, establish long-term relationships, and drive customer loyalty with TurboTax marketing tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 1040s (federal/state) with professional software.
• Must be onsite 20+ hours/week; weekends often required.
• State licenses/certificates/bonds may be required.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform; front-facing role.
