Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support while building relationships in your local community. This role focuses on tax expertise and customer service, with opportunities for marketing support to grow your client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses or permits where required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns filed with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers on-site.
• Discover deductions, review taxes, and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Engage with the local community to grow client base and loyalty.
