Job summary

Intuit Inc. is looking for TurboTax Retail Experts to serve on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building a thriving local client base. You will act as a trusted advisor, engaging with the community, growing Intuit’s presence and driving customer loyalty through a personalized, high-quality experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building a local/online TurboTax Expert presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a proactive community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow client base and foster long-term relationships with community outreach.
