Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will advise customers, perform tax return preparation, and help grow the local TurboTax client base while delivering exceptional service.

In this role you’ll engage with the community, provide tax planning guidance, and use TurboTax tools to deliver accurate results. A strong tax background and customer-first mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required or preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally at on-site locations.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
