Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs on-site.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person clients, while building long-term relationships and driving local growth with marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist in growing local client base and community engagement.
• Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
