Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes while growing the local client base.

You’ll be a proactive community ambassador, delivering hands-on tax services, building relationships, and leveraging marketing support to expand TurboTax’s presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Onsite availability 20+ hours/week, Sundays–Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Act as local TurboTax ambassador and grow clientele.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships.
