Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance in a new TurboTax location. You will act as a trusted advisor, serve both in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate with a team to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

You will grow the local client base, connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services, and maintain a personal, community-focused approach while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) with strong tax preparation experience
• CPA preferred with knowledge of tax laws
• Practicing attorney credentials valued for advisory work
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Familiar with Circular 230 and tax compliance rules
• Willing to upskill into additional service types
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Build and grow a local TurboTax client base through community outreach
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for full-service support
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via digital tools
