Zusammenfassung

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax outcomes and build a thriving client base in your community.

You will guide clients through personal and business tax scenarios, expand services like bookkeeping and payroll, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns with professional software (Circular 230 familiarity).
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Mandatory training and compliance requirements; Uniforms and branding usage may apply.
• Residence within the United States; bilingual skills are a plus.

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Core Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and proactive tax guidance.
• Represent TurboTax in local events and maintain strong client relationships.
