You will handle full-service tax return preparation, provide expert advice, and collaborate with a broader team to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience for personal and small business clients in local meetings and through virtual

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years and 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.
• On-site work at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities and maximize refunds.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews for personalized plans.
• Collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping and payroll.
• Grow the local client base and participate in community outreach.
