Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This on-site role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while connecting clients with Intuit’s broader services.

You will help grow the local client base and deliver a best-in-class experience. The position emphasizes community engagement, ongoing training, and collaboration with a team

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return filing experience (1040) with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, etc.).
• Must be comfortable working onsite 20+ hours/week and wearing uniforms.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
• Build lasting relationships and professional credibility in the local market.
