Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide on-site tax expertise, assist clients with personal and business tax needs, and collaborate with a broader team to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

As a Local Service Expert, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships, and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes while leveraging Intuit

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney credentials preferred and strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Attend to on-site operations at a TurboTax office, with training as needed.
