Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to individuals and small businesses, collaborating with a team of specialists for a complete financial picture.

You will build a local client base through outreach and events, fostering long-term relationships and delivering end-to-end TurboTax experiences with support from marketing tools and resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney licensure preferred with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.
• Willingness to expand into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Onsite availability 20 hours/week, Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, optimize tax liabilities, and offer future tax planning.
• Build local client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with in-house experts offering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and via video tools.
