Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. This on-site role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services while expanding the local client base and delivering an exceptional customer experience to both in-person and virtual clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Ability to handle personal and business tax scenarios and planning.
• Willingness to grow local client base and network.

Responsabilités

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and optimise refunds.
• Build local relationships through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem teams for holistic client support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and virtually.
