Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver in-person and virtual tax services at a U.S. TurboTax location. You will handle complex to simple tax situations, offer tax planning, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will grow the local client base, represent Intuit in the community, and provide a best-in-class customer experience with a focus on personalized financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA) credential preferred.
• CPA credential preferred.
• Practicing Attorney with tax expertise preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Identify deductions and optimization opportunities and provide tax planning guidance.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists for integrated client solutions.
• Build local client base through outreach and community activities.
