Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios.

You will work onsite at a TurboTax location, collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless end‑to‑end experience for individuals and small businesses. You’ll grow the local client base, participate in community events, and connect clients with related services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Formación

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to build and grow a local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.

Conocimientos

Enrolled Agent (EA)

CPA (Certified Public Accountant)

PTIN active

Tax preparation software knowledge

Onsite client meetings

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Holistic tax advisory experience

Strong communication skills
