Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site experts at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert tax advice, and support software usage for both in-person and virtual clients, coordinating with a broader team of specialists. You will also play a key role in growing the local client base, establishing long-term relationships, and connecting clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping,

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end‑to‑end client experiences.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding each client’s financial picture and needs.
