Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and seamless service at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping individuals and small businesses with personal and business tax needs while leveraging Intuit resources.

You will grow the local client base through community outreach, events, and partnerships, and coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem to offer additional services like bookkeeping

Competenze

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience; PTIN required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with provided training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20 hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; hours may scale during peak season.
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniforms as directed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing is desirable.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem partners (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to deliver end-to-end service.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to drive loyalty and recurring engagement.
