You will work closely with a team of financial experts to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, from W-2s to business income and amendments, while building lasting client relationships in the local community. Qualificações

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related tax regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base and leverage marketing tools.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service in person and virtually.
