Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory work at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You’ll work with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end services, guiding clients through personal and business tax scenarios while expanding local client relationships. You’ll leverage Intuit resources to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning solutions, ensuring a comprehensive financial picture and ongoing support

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• 3+ years of preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to complementary Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and via video tools.
