Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a collaborative team of tax professionals to deliver personalized financial guidance, address complex scenarios, and grow the local client base through outreach and partnerships. You will provide hands-on tax expertise for personal and business taxes, support deductions optimization, and coordinate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, personal and business tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Build local client base through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience by coordinating with the broader team.
• Present a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
