Job summary

Intuit's TurboTax Local Service Experts work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice in person and virtually. You will connect clients with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll and planning to provide a seamless end-to-end experience.

You will build local relationships, drive growth in the community, and represent Intuit with marketing support while using TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s annually.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, ≥20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear provided uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and represent TurboTax in the community.
• Coordinate with specialists for holistic financial advisories.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve inquiries.
