Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized advice at a TurboTax location. You will collaborate with tax professionals to serve clients and connect them with Intuit solutions, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while growing the local client base.

You’ll act as a trusted guide, delivering a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools, and building lasting relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years with 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using tax software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with Intuit training.
• Role requires onsite presence and 8:00–17:00 local hours, 20+ hrs/week.
• Must complete training and development; uniforms; use of name/picture for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to build and grow local client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, planning; ensure year-round support.
• Build long-term relationships and trust with clients.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience using in-person and video tools.
