Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will engage with clients, understand their financial picture, and coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service. You will also act as a community ambassador, growing the local client base, organizing events, and using marketing tools to build brand

Qualifications

• EA credential, CPA credential, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete training and adhere to compliance requirements.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interested in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local client base and drive loyalty.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
