Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver on-site tax preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to serve personal and small business clients, expanding the local client base and delivering end-to-end tax solutions.

Role emphasizes strong tax knowledge, client empathy, and the ability to connect customers with related Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns.
• Uncover deductions, optimize refunds, and offer future tax planning.
• Build local client base through outreach and events with marketing support.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams to serve complete financial needs.
