Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks Tax Local Service Experts to perform on-site, full-service tax return preparation and personalized guidance at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will collaborate with a team of financial professionals to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, while actively growing a local client base and representing the Intuit ecosystem. Applicants should have active PTIN, 3+ years of tax prep experience, and a readiness to upskill into additional services such as bookkeeping and

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - build and grow a local customer base through outreach and events.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and other Intuit services.
• Build Relationships - develop long-term trust and repeat business with clients.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure professionalism and helpful guidance in tax matters.
