Job summary

Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert tax guidance at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will work with a team of financial professionals, serving in-person and virtual clients, while growing a local client base and delivering end-to-end Intuit service.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios such as personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Link clients to Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning with a client-first approach.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools, guiding clients to achieve their financial goals.
