Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks energetic Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax preparation and expert guidance at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will handle personal and business taxes, educate clients, and collaborate with specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

You’ll grow a local client base, participate in community initiatives, and utilize marketing tools to expand TurboTax’s reach, all while serving onsite during standard business hours.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 20+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and build community relationships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and year-round support.
