Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and assist with software support while collaborating with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists.

You will build relationships in the local community, identify new clients, and drive customer loyalty. This role requires on-site presence at a TurboTax location and a focus on delivering an exceptional customer

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
