Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support while building strong relationships with local communities.

You will collaborate with specialists to address complex tax scenarios, expand the client base, and ensure a seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience for individuals and small businesses.

Qualifications

• Strong tax preparation knowledge and ability to advise on complex scenarios.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) to provide end-to-end service.
