Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in-person tax prep and advisory services at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will engage with customers, grow the local client base, and deliver accurate tax solutions using TurboTax tools.

You’ll join a collaborative team of financial experts, working onsite with flexible hours (min 20 per week). A strong tax background and excellent customer service are key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040s.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, weekends, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Interest in building local/online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

• Proactively represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
