Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while engaging with local customers to grow the client base and build lasting relationships.

The role emphasizes community involvement, customer-first service, and leveraging marketing tools to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes under Intuit’s mission.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 federal and state returns using professional tax software.
• PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public-facing ambassador and grow the local client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services, including deductions optimization and amendments.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships through community engagement.
